Dorothea Hilhorst

Dorothea Hilhorst is Professor of Humanitarian Studies of Erasmus University and Director of the Hague Humanitarian Studies Centre. Her research areas include the working of crisis in socie-ties and the aid-state-society interactions in responding to crisis.
