Shivani Satija

Shivani Satija is the editor of Gender & Development Journal. She has a PhD in Women’s Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Her areas of interest include gender-based violence, labour, digital space and feminist activism, and decolonial feminist methodologies. Her research is published in international peer reviewed journals such as Asian Journal of Women’s Studies, City, Economic and Political Weekly, Feminist Media Studies, Gender & Development and Journal of Gender Studies.
